Coupon & Promotional Code Terms
These terms govern the use of promotional codes issued by Brimky (operated by Custom Software Solutions LLC). Applying a code at checkout means you accept the eligibility rules below and our Terms of Service.
SWITCH100 — Website migration credit (100% off setup)
SWITCH100 zeroes out the one-time setup fee for customers migrating an existing website into a Brimky template on the Starter package. Monthly hosting is unaffected. The code does not apply to the Pro or Lean packages because those bundle scoped paid work (custom logo, professional copywriting, image pack, extra pages) that is out of scope for a content-migration credit — pick Starter to use the code, or pay the full price for Pro / Lean.
Eligibility. You may use SWITCH100 only if all of the following apply:
- You currently operate a live website at a domain you control, reachable over the public internet.
- You intend to migrate the content of that website (copy, photos, services, contact info) into a Brimky template, rather than start a brand-new business presence from scratch.
- You can supply the URL of the existing website during onboarding. We will visit it to confirm it resolves and that the content you want migrated is present.
- You select the Starter packageat checkout. Pro and Lean orders won't have the discount applied.
What the discount covers. SWITCH100 applies to the template setup fee only — the base Starter setup on whichever template you pick. Addons you select at checkout (online ordering, table reservations, appointment reminders, copywriting, image pack, etc.) are not discounted and are charged in full. Monthly hosting and domain registration are also unaffected.
Verification. After checkout, the URL you supply in the onboarding step is the basis for verifying SWITCH100 eligibility. If the URL doesn't resolve, returns an error or parked-domain page, is a social-media profile rather than a website, or contains no content for us to migrate, we will cancel the discount and charge the standard setup fee (or refund the order at your option). We confirm eligibility before any work begins.
What "migration" means. Migration in this context means we adapt your existing content into the template's structure — copy is rewritten to fit the new layout, photos are placed and resized, services and pricing are pulled forward. It does not include preserving the visual design of your old site, recreating bespoke custom features, or transferring user accounts/databases — those are scoped separately as custom work.
One per business. SWITCH100 is valid once per legal entity. Multiple orders from the same business using the same code will have the discount honoured on the first eligible order only.
LAUNCH15 — First-10-customers promo (15% off setup)
LAUNCH15 takes 15% off the one-time setup fee for the first ten paid orders received. Monthly hosting is unaffected. The code stops applying automatically once the quota is filled; we do not honour LAUNCH15 retroactively on orders placed after the quota.
General coupon rules
- One code per order. Codes cannot be stacked with other promotional codes.
- Discounts apply to the setup fee only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Domain registration costs, third-party fees passed through at cost, monthly hosting, and addon subscriptions are excluded.
- Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. We do not issue refunds for the difference if you order without entering a code that you later realise you were entitled to.
- We may modify, suspend, or end any promotional code at any time. Codes already applied to a confirmed order are honoured.
- Codes are void where prohibited and are subject to applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
