Most launches take 5–10 business days from the time you confirm your purchase and complete the onboarding form. Sites with custom copy or extra pages can take a little longer.
Up until your first revision round, yes — we'll swap to a different template at no extra cost. After launch, switching templates is treated as a new project.
We adapt the template's content to your business based on your onboarding answers. For deeper sales copy, keyword research, or multiple service pages, choose the Professional Copywriting Upgrade addon.
You do. Your domain, your copy, your images. The underlying template is licensed to you for use as long as you keep your monthly hosting active.
Hosting, SSL, regular backups, security updates, uptime monitoring, and small content tweaks. Bigger redesigns and major new pages are scoped separately.
Yes. Cancel hosting any time and you keep everything: the site code, the CMS content, every image and piece of copy you provided, the URL redirect map we set up during migration, and your domain (it's registered in your name from day one). There's a small one-time export fee if you want us to package the export bundle for you, but nothing is held back — no lock-in, no ransom.
Cancel monthly hosting anytime from your dashboard; service continues to the end of the current billing period. Within the refund window — first 24 hours after purchase, or any time within 2 weeks before you complete the setup wizard — your entire order is refundable: setup fee, first month's hosting, and any third-party costs (domain registration, etc.) we haven't already paid out on your behalf. After that we've started building, so setup + first month become non-refundable; third-party costs we've already paid out were always pass-through. Full terms in our Refund Policy at /legal/refund.
Yes — any addon you skipped at checkout (booking integrations, extra pages, copywriting, multi-language, blog packs, SEO, Google Business Profile, analytics, and more) can be purchased from your dashboard at any time, before or after launch. Pick the essentials now, add the rest when you need them.
Yes. The domain is registered in your name through Namecheap. We manage DNS, SSL, and email records technically, but you stay the registrant. You can transfer it out anytime, subject to ICANN's 60-day lock after registration and standard verification.
Usually yes. WordPress / cPanel sites migrate cleanly. Sites built on Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or Webflow typically need to be rebuilt because those platforms don't export. We tell you which path applies before you commit.
We don't host business email. If you use Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or another provider, we keep DNS pointed there. Website and email stay on separate systems so site changes don't break your inbox.

Yes. For dental and medical practices, we configure intake forms (contact, appointment booking, patient questionnaires) to align with HIPAA safeguards: TLS-encrypted submissions, encryption at rest, restricted access, audit logging, and no third-party trackers on pages that touch patient health information (PHI). We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before the site goes live, so no patient form ever collects PHI without the agreement in place. Mention HIPAA during onboarding and we'll route the BAA to you in the first few days of the build.

Working forms (contact, appointment intake) stay live and route to your inbox or PMS. Rankings can dip briefly during a migration because Google needs to re-crawl, but a redirect-clean migration typically recovers within 2–6 weeks and ends in a stronger position because the new site is faster and more mobile-friendly.
